When you have cleared customs look for your chauffeur. He will be holding a sign or name board. If you have provided a mobile number the chauffeur will text you prior to landing to inform you of his location. If you are unable to find us please call 0031 616336922 or the mobile number of the chauffeur which you can find on your booking confirmation. Please do not exit the terminal building before locating your driver.

Yes, we monitor all flights so we will do our best to arrive early.

Schiphol to the centre of Amsterdam Central takes 25 minutes and, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Normally you should aim to arrive 2-3 hours before your flight unless you are on a domestic flight. But always check this with your airline.

We will monitor your flight and arrive half an hour15 minutes after the plane has landed to minimize waiting time. Any further delays (hold ups at customs etc.) will incur costs. An hourly rate determined by the vehicle type will be charged for each 15 minutes of extra waiting time.

Of course. Our chauffeurs have all confidentiality agreements with CSH. What is said in the car, stays in the car.

Our chauffeurs are polite and discreet at all times. If the passenger would like to talk or ask questions the chauffeur will happily respond.

Yes, your chauffeur can either call or text you on arrival, wait with a name-board in the car or ring the doorbell. Please specify your preference on booking.

Although on occasion bookings are made only an hour in advance (during the day), we recommend booking as soon as you make your travel plans. This avoids disappointment in busy periods

Yes, we are able to set up a business account for you. Our business accounts are invoiced per trip or on a monthly basis, please contact the office for more details.

Online bookings are settled immediately. For multiply bookings and new clients we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. If booking at short notice we require payment in full prior to travel.
Yes, baby and child seats are available with extra charge (€10,-) , please request them on booking. Dutch law stipulates that car seats for children must be fitted in the car by the passenger.

Vehicle & Additional Questions

Yes. All vehicles are washed daily and are regularly valeted.
Safety is always our top priority. All our vehicles are given an MOT twice a year. They are also serviced regularly, as specified by the manufacturers’ requirements. The chauffeurs are responsible for checking the oil, coolants and tyre pressure on a daily basis.
Yes, we do provide discounts. Please speak to our team about this.
6% VAT is included in our prices
Car-chargers for iPhones, Samsung and some other mobile phones are available in your car.
Water is provided free of charge to our clients.
Apart from our vintage vehicles, our cars are usually less than 4 years old.
Yes. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles, although we can stop for a smoking break on request.
Although it is not permitted to eat in our vehicles, we always provide complementary water for our passengers

All our vehicles have radio and CD, please ask the driver if you wish to play some music. Some of our vehicles have DVD and Wifi. Please specify this requirement when booking your vehicle.
